This publication serves as notice of intent for service that will be acquired from the Columbus Zoological Park Association, Powell, OH, for the operation of an acroporid rearing facility at the Caribbean Marine Biological Institute (CARMABI), Curacao, Netherlands, Antilles. The services are being acquired for U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Services, in St. Petersburg, FL .
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive responses. A determination by the government not to compete the acquisitions is based upon responses to the original notice. A sources sought posting was put out on Fedbizzops on August 11, 2010 for 10 days with no responses received.
