The building is a wood frame, historic commercial structure originally dating from the Klondike Gold Rush of 1898. This building has been restored and reconstructed and has had the interior space remodeled with new finish treatments appropriate to the historic period of significance. Proposals to lease for periods of 5-10 years will be considered. Reference the request for proposals for details on lease beginning dates. Food or beverage preparation or service, and public overnight accommodation uses are not compatible with the design of, and preservation goals for, these buildings. Arcades, the sale of alcohol or tobacco products, and entertainment inappropriate for a family audience are also unacceptable. Proposals for such uses will not be considered. Proposers must accept the interior floor, wall, ceiling, and general lighting treatments "as-is" and without further modification. Other limitations on uses apply.
The minimum annual lease is noted.
