DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a contract for the acquisition of Opsview Software Maintenance Renewal. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 08/13/2011 through 08/12/2012.  Software maintenance is effective 08/13/2011.  There were no new releases or versions received  during the period 08/13/2011 through date of award.  However, the government is entitled to new releases and versions during this period at no additional cost.  There shall be no reinstatement or reactivation fees for software maintenance that was received during this period."The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the attached solicitation, HC1028-11-T- 0384, and return it via email to [email protected] by 5:00 P.M (Central Time) on 31 August 2011.
