The United States Air Force, Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-5344 is preparing to solicit for a firm-fixed price contract for one optical parametric oscillator, autopolarizer and mounted mirrors. The contract line items will be firm-fixed price. Proposal equipment shall meet the requirements contained in the specifications below: 1. Quantity of one (1) optical parametric oscillator Vibrant HE LD 355 II system a. Shall be an optical parametric oscillator model HE LD 355 II b. Nd-YAG laser with second and third harmonic modules c. Tuning Range: 410-2200 nm d. Motorized tuning e. Repetition Rate 10 Hz f. The control software is installed on a computer which is supplied with the system. 2. Quantity of one Autopolarizer: a. Switch between signal and idler automatically 3. Quantity of three (3) Mounted mirrors a. For access to the laser and harmonic beams at 355, 532 and 1064 nm Delivery for this equipment should be 90 day after receipt of order (ARO). FOB Destination. We intend to award this contract sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered. The proposed source is OPOTEK Inc. 2233 Faraday Ave, Suite E Carlsbad, CA 92008.
