The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) (Six (6) of the seven (7) facilities) is seeking bids for Optometry Services and intends to use the results of this process to award multiple contracts, one (1) contract per campus. Optometrist services will include, but are not limited to annual eye exams, checking for refraction errors, follow-up/identification of developing cataracts, prescription ordering of eyewear, and the writing of referrals for clients to an ophthalmologist with further treatment is needed.
