The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Seagoville, Seagoville, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05141100020 to make a single award to a responsible quoter for the provision of optometry services for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Federal Detention Center (FDC), and Federal Prison Camp (FPC). The contract period shall consist of one (1) twelve month base year and four (4) one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. It is estimated the base year will include a total of 48 sessions and an estimated 48 sessions for each option year. Each session will be 16 patients per sessions with four (4) sessions per month. The contract type is indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 621320.
