Prospective offerors are encouraged to use the format set forth in the EXCEL spreadsheet when responding to this request for quotation.

Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. are at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Standard commercial packaging and packing apply.

Specific SHIP TO and MARK FOR information shall be provided at the time of award.

Required period of performance is August 30, 2011 through March 28, 2012.

Place of performance is the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center, 74 N. Washington Avenue, Battle Creek, MI 49037-3084.

The single evaluation factor for award is lowest priced, technically acceptable.

As a condition of contracting, the prospective awardee is required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and have its Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) information in a current status.
