COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.

The solicitation document F4FTAX9169AW01, is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-04. Please reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the RFQ response.

This requirement is for the following products: see attached Bill of Materials (BOM) for requirement specifications.

This is a Brand Name Only Requirement.

All items must be TAA compliant in accordance with the FAR and DFARS.

DPAS rating is DO-A7.

Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror.

Vendors submitting a response to any RFQ that includes a requirement for supplies and/or services that have incurred, or that may incur lapse in maintenance support, shall include as part of its response any applicable reinstatement fee(s).

This solicitation is not a guarantee that an order will be placed, and the Government reserves the right, without penalty, to cancel or amend it at any time.
