August 29, 2009 – August 28, 2010 The Oracle Fusion Middleware software applications will be used to support the Treasury Human Capital Office initiatives in managing the 360 degree view of Treasury and HR Connect customer employees and will align HR Connect with Federal Enterprise standards such as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and application web services. In addition, HR Connect’s existing application is built around the Oracle PeopleSoft HCM application suite. By purchasing the Oracle Fusion Middleware software, HR Connect can leverage the existing Oracle technology built into the HR Connect application to streamline and automate the HR processing. Lastly, the HR Connect Program Office’s technical support staffs skill set can be utilized more efficiently due to its current knowledge of integrating and securing software application built around the Oracle applications and technologies.
