The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Oracle USA, Inc. for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only notice.

This acquisition, for Navy ERP - Patuxent River Naval Air Station Data Center, is for the procurement of Primavera software maintenance renewal of currently owned Primavera Software Licenses. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a).

However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
