This is an open market Small Business Set-Aside acquisition for one Oral Surgeon to provide services for Keesler Air Force Base Medical Center. The period of performance is 1 Oct 14 to 30 Sep 15 plus four one-year option periods. The requirement is Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS of 621210 and a small business size standard of $7 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote. This request for quotes is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award will be made in the form of a firm-fixed priced contract.
