The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the below:

DOCUMENT SHREDDING SERVICES

The Oregon Army National Guard is looking for specialized services to be performed at various Oregon Army National Guard (ORARNG) sites, armories or offices in the Salem, Oregon area. The services, and their entirety, include: providing locked/secured storage bins to hold any and all paper documents for on-site, secure, at a minimum - crosshatch shredding, suitable for documents containing confidential information and below. In addition, our organization would require a service receipt of materials shredded, and pulping of those shredded materials, along with a receipt from the recycling center the pulped materials were delivered. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.

At this time the Oregon Army National Guard is strictly attempting to identify interested contractors.

At this time due to shortage in personnel and increased requirements, meetings with potential vendors will not be accepted. In the future and if these requirements are solicited for, the ORARNG may provide for an opportunity to meet with government officials prior to the proposal due date.
