The Texas Southern University requests the provision of Organization Assessment and Structure services by a team of senior level professionals that will perform consulting services in accordance with the scope as defined herein. The duration of the project is expected to begin as soon as possible (pending the approval by our Board of Regents and final contract execution) and be completed in the Fall of 2021. The assigned professional consulting services team is projected to expend multiple hours on this project and will be responsible for identifying the following: • Strengths and opportunities for improvement in the current organizational structure • Competence - Employee performance and skillsets • Effective and Efficient Operations • Functional Alignment
