Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Organizational Restructuring Consultant Services to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University College of Education and Human Development’s C.R.E.A.T.E. Program (hereinafter, “the State Entity”) as further described in this eRFP.
