This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37.4, Non-Personal Health Care Services. The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting quotes for Orthopedic Clinics to be provided at the Fort Belknap Service Unit, Ft. Belknap, Montana and Eagle Child Health Clinic, Hays, Montana. The request is for a total of 24 clinics each contract year, with 12 clinics provided at each location.
