This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is JBKACC-15-PN-0002 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2015-83 and DFARS change notice 20150626. This purchase is restricted to HUBZone Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 621111 and the size standard is $11,000,000.00 annual revenue. This is a requirement for Orthotic Technician Services (1 FTE) as described in this RFQ and the Performance Work Statement. Basis for award will be determined as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) based on the criteria listed in Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commerical Items.
