This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a firm fixed-price contract for the purchase of the following items: Oscilloscope: Model WavePro 715ZI-A with a Removable 160GB hard drive; Basic Qty 1.

1 Each: Option; Model WPZI-SPECTRUM, Spectrum Analyzer and Advanced FFT  for WavePro Zi

1 Each: Option; Model WPZI-XDEV, Developer's Tool Kit  for WavePro Zi

1 Each: Option; Model LSIB-1, High speed PCIe Gen1 x4 digitizer output for LeCroy oscilloscope

1 Each: Option; Model LSIB-CABLE-3M, PCI Express x4 3-meter cable with x4 cable connectors Included

1 Each: Option; Model LSIB-HOSTBOARD, PCI Express x4 Express Card Host Interface

1 Each: Option; Model RACKMOUNT-1, Rack mount accessory for converting a WavePro Zi to a rack mount package

The period of performance of resultant contract will be 12 weeks ARO.  The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, LeCroy Corporation, Inc (CAGE: 55716), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
