The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA intends to utilize a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure a Teledyne-Lecroy LabMaster 10 Zi Oscilloscope System using Other than Full and Open Competition procedures.

The solicitation will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 23 March 2016.

All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement of providing the services identified above for the project may submit a written response, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-T-0146 and clearly show the firm's capability, background, experience and assets necessary to perform the required work mentioned above without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule without any delays.
