A firm fixed priced contract will be awarded for the procurement of Oscilloscope, Digital Phosphor P/N: DP05104BGSA for a quantity of 1 each, manufactured by Tektronix. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation.
