(Sources Sought Notice)

DLA Maritime Mechanicsburg is preparing to solicit for a long term contract in accordance with FAR 16.503, for a period of 5 years (three (3) base years and two (2) option year periods) for the item listed in the Product Description attachment.  For this solicitation vendors will be required to submit a technical proposal before being approved to submit a pricing proposal.  Vendors will qualify to submit a pricing proposal only if the Navy Research Laboratory approves their technical proposal.

This item does not have an NSN assigned nor part number.  Those will come after the selection of the supplier.  An NSC and NAICS code is used in this notice for the purposes of filling out the notice – not as an identification of the item.
