The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support is soliciting proposals for the supply of Oseltamivir Phosphate 75MG Capsules in bottles of 10 each.

A requirements contract is proposed with a one-year Base Period. All DoD requirements will be placed on the proposed contract. The estimated quantity for the Base Period is 1,890,000 bottles.

Delivery is to be FOB Destination and delivered within 180 days from date of the delivery order. Contractor is required to deliver to various Contiguous United States (CONUS) locations provided at the time of the delivery order.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal and shall be considered by the Agency.

The successful contractor shall have FDA approval to sell Oseltamivir Phosphate before award of the contract.
