1. Sealed bids are being accepted for the exterior painting of all buildings located at Oslo Middle School. The awarded Bidder will be responsible for all materials, equipment and labor required to complete the following scope of work: Pressure clean and bleach as necessary all buildings excluding roof, walking and driving surfaces. Seal stucco with one coat of Sherwin Williams Loxon Masonry Coating. Paint with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Resilience Acrylic Satin. Sand ,caulk and prime exterior of doors with one coat of Sherwin Williams Pro-Cryl Acrylic Primer. Finish with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Prop Industrial High Performance Acrylic Gloss. Caulk exterior of all windows with SherMax Ultra Weatherized Elastomeric Sealant. All projects are subject to funding and cannot be guaranteed.
