Solar Energy System (SES)

DESCRIPTION:
DLA Energy is requesting competitive proposals for a 20 year firm-fixed price, to include construction, Power Purchase Agreement SES for the U.S. Air Force, Otis ANG MMR located at Cape Cod, MA.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to produce and deliver solar electric power, to include all renewable energy attributes, to Otis ANG MMR via contractor-owned and operated SES. The contractor is responsible for providing an interconnection agreement, maintenance, and ancillary services to properly deliver the power to the point of common coupling throughout the contract. The Government will purchase the power output from the SES, measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh),
