SYNOPSIS

NEXT GENERATION JAMMER MID-BAND (NGJ-MB) SYSTEM OPERATIONAL TEST PROGRAM SET (OTPS) PHASE TWO DEVELOPMENT

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to issue a contract on a Non-Competitive Sole Source basis to Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, El Segundo, C.A. This requirement is for the Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band System Operational Test Program Set (OTPS) Phase Two Development, including: Non-Recurring Engineering, Recurring Engineering of Automatic Test System, Automated Test Equipment, OTPSs, Ancillary Equipment, and Supporting Logistical Data to include a Level III Technical Drawing Package.

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1.  The Government does not own current data drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition.  All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely in the discretion of the Government.  Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
