The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Gans & Associates 690 Center Str Herndon Va 20170 for the purchase of Ovation Afterburner systems.Gans & Associates is the exclusive provider for the Ovation Afterburner systems. Based on extensive market research no other vendor can provide the Ovation Afterburner systems.
