The Missouri Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Rancho Linda Vista (also DBA Quicksilver P-51 Airshows) located at RR2 Box 340C, Lewisburg, WV, 24901-1386. The NAICS code for this requirement is 711510 and the size standard is $7,500,000.00.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services to provide three (3) P51 aerobatic aircraft demonstrations for the 2016 Sound of Speed Airshow at the 139th Airlift Wing; Rosecrans MAP, Saint Joseph, MO.  

The proposed effort will be solicited on the basis of other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The proposed effort will be procured in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures.
