This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in support of the Maritime, Patrol, and Reconnaissance Aircraft Program Office- PMA-290 is seeking quotes to fulfill the requirement for the transportation/shipping of one (1) CFM International Inc. CFM56-7B27AE engine (which includes the additional items described in the Requirement section) for the Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN) P-8 aircraft.
