4.7.1 Solicitation Questions

4.7.2 Quotation Submission Details
All quotations must be submitted in accordance with the following:

The size limitation per email is 20mb. However, this is subject to change and it is the Offerors complete responsibility to ensure that their offer is received by the deadline specified.
The proposal may be sent as one document or as separate documents by section.
As stated in FAR 52.212-1(f)(2)(i)(A), if the quotation is emailed, then the quotation must be received at the initial point of entry to the Government Infrastructure not later than 5:00pm (local time) one working day prior to the date specified for receipt of offers.
