To provide Packing and Crating Support Services for the Inbound Schedule I, Areas 1 and 2 shipment of domestic household goods, international-household goods, and unaccompanied baggage shipments.

Service must include drayage from contractor's facility to storage warehouses, air and surface transportation terminals, military installation shipping offices and ocean or river terminals/piers and return, unloading from the delivering carrier's vehicle, handling into contractor's facility, drayage to member's/employee's residence, decontainerization and unpacking of loaded containers of HHG and placing goods in rooms as directed by member/employee, unservicing appliances, assembly of any disassembled articles and removing shipping containers, barrels, boxes/crates, and debris from member's/employee's residence and drayage of empty containers to contractor's or Government facility.

1. Schedule I, Areas 1 and 2 covers packing and crating for the following counties of North Carolina:

AREA (1): Bladen, Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Moore, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson and Scotland, each located in the State of North Carolina.

AREA (2): Alamance, Alexander, Allegheny, Anson, Ashe, Avery, Buncombe, Burke, Cabarrus, Caldwell, Caswell, Catawba, Chatham, Cherokee, Clay, Cleveland, Davidson, Davie, Forsythe, Gaston, Graham, Guilford, Haywood, Henderson, Iredell, Jackson, Lincoln, Macon, Madison, Mecklenburg, McDowell, Mitchell, Montgomery, Polk, Randolph, Rockingham, Rowan, Rutherford, Stanley, Strokes, Surry, Swain, Transylvania, Union, Watauga, Wilkes, Yadkin and Yancy, each located in the State of North Carolina.

a. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - (MICC-FB) is seeking source information and capability statements to fulfill a requirement for Packing and Crating services outlined in the areas of responsibility outline in the original notice.

b. The objective is to issues a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to cover the required services.

c. The Government intends to issues an (FFP) award for these services. If your company is capable and interested, please acknowledge receipt of this notification in accordance with the times and date in the solicitation.

d. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this notice for a complete description of this requirement.

e. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice and Request for Capability Statement is to identify the availability and capability of all businesses capable and interested in performing the services required above.

f. We are requesting all interested companies review the PWS attached to this notice and respond with the following information:

1. Company name and Point of Contact (POC), to include address, email and website address (if applicable).

2. DUNS number and CAGE code.

3. Socioeconomic Classification: Small; 8(a) Women-Owned Business (WSOB); Historically Underutilized Business (HUB); Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), etc.

4. Provide a complete listing of all relevant and recent past performance, inclusive of the contract number and the duration of the Period of Performance (POP) actually performed that demonstrates direct experience with performing the required services needed.

5. A list of similar contracts your company holds or has completed within the last five (5) years. The list of relevant contracts should include the location, contract number, brief description/title of requirement, estimated yearly value and performance period.

6. Provide a brief capability statement that demonstrates your company's ability to meet or exceed individual qualification standards, as detailed in the PWS.

7. This Sources Sought Notice is NOT A SOLICITATION. Rather, this Sources Sought Notice is being conducted as a Market Research method effort to determine all interested and potentially capable sources prior to formalizing our Acquisition approach.

8. No physical or quote mark hard quote mark copies will be accepted as a result of this request. No request for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. A two (2) page maximum submittal should be sufficient to determine potential source categories.

9. Responses shall be sent to the POC (Primary) in this notice.
