1.  The 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron is requesting availability information for the following:

a.  75 hotel rooms with a check-in on 20 September and a checkout on 25 September 2015.

b. 10 hotel rooms, for checkin on18-19 September 2015 and checkout on 25-26 September 2015.

     (1).   Vendors to provide types of rooms available and amenities provided

c.  One conference room capable of seating 80 personnel at rectangular tables for the dates of 22 and 24 September 2015. Will need to have access to room on 21 September for room setup.

     (1).   Vendors to provide simplified dimension of room (e.g. 30ft x 40ft)

d. One conference room capable of seating 40 personnel at rectangular tables for the dates of 23-24 September 2015

     (1).  Vendors to provide simplified dimension of room (e.g. 30ft x 40ft)

e. One small conference (secretariat) room capable of seating 12 personnel at rectangular tables for the dates of 20 through 24 September 2015

     (1).   Vendors to provide simplified dimension of room (e.g. 30ft x 40ft)

NOTE:  If vendor can provide one large conference room that may be fully partitioned (enclosed) please provide dimension of the rooms and means of partitioning.
