This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 1,992 each for stock of NSN 1680-01-054-4886, PAD ASSEMBLY, BACKREST. 

Item Description is in accordance with P/N J114917-501; Drawing 51998 J114917 Rev N DTD 8/17/2004.   

This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with the intention of awarding a definite quantity contract.  Only Small Business manufacturers and dealers will be considered for this requirement. 

This solicitation is issued Full and Open Competition. 

This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item.  Export Control requirements apply to this procurement.  Offers must be JCP certified in order to be considered for award.  There is a First Article Test requirement for this NSN.   

Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 248 each ship to San Joaquin, CA 95304; PRLI0002 QTY 514 each ship to Susquehanna, PA  17070; PRLI0003, QTY 1,230 each ship to Ogden, UT 84056.  The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 634 days ARO (including FAT and evaluation) or best attainable.
