The purpose of this requirement is to provide non-personal chapel support services in accordance required to support the religious and spiritual mission of Patrick Air Force Base (PAFB), to include the musical and religious education components of the Catholic and Protestant communities of the South Patrick and Seaside Chapels at PAFB. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform the following eight (8) positions in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS):

Musician for Catholic Services

Music Director for Catholic Services

Coordinator for Catholic Religious Education (RE)

Coordinator for Catholic Youth

Musician for Protestant Services

Music Director for Protestant Services

Coordinator for Protestant Religious Education (RE)

Coordinator Protestant Youth

Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Minimum order: 3 MO service.

Period of Performance: The proposed period of performance for the subject requirement will be a five year, single-award IDIQ with a six month option to extend services under FAR 52.217-8, priced and evaluated at time of contract award, as illustrated below:
