The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA) for 1 NSN, FSC 7920.  Period of performance will not exceed one year or 150K, which ever comes first.  Award will be item by item (Per NSN) to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government utilizing the following evaluation factors technical acceptability and price:  This is a direct delivery contract and all All purchase orders are direct delivery shipments to end users throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), pricing is FOB Destination.

 FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION AS REQUIRED MAY RESULT IN YOUR OFFER NO LONGER BEING EVALUATED OR CONSIDERED FOR AWARD

 If responding to this Request for Quotation, complete and return the entire package. pages 1-38 (too include all the necessary documents) by the time specified in block 10 of the RFQ.
