DLA Troop Support intends to issue a 100% small business set-aside Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of 24 NSNs for Artist Brushes and Paint Brushes in FSC 8020 under solicitation number SPE8E9-17-Q-0093.

Each NSN will be evaluated and awarded individually with the possibility of each NSN being awarded to a different vendor.  To be eligible for award it is not required that an offer be submitted on all 24 NSNS, however, an offer must be submitted on an "All or None" basis for each NSN that an offer is submitted for.

The solicitation period will be 10 days; the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) sometime AFTER April 14, 2017.  This procurement will be for a Long-Term Contract.  The contract will consist of a one-year base and four possible one-year options with an expectant contract maximum value of $3.5 million.   The provisions in the Economic Price Adjustments (EPA) clause will provide for adjustments of option year pricing.  The required delivery schedule is 75 days after date of order (ADO).  Deliveries will be F.O.B. Origin to CONUS depots (stock) with Inspection / Acceptance at Destination.  First-Destination Transportation and Packaging will apply. 

All proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation with Firm-Fixed Pricing for the one-year base.  Follow directions as outlined in the solicitation when posted.
