This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase requirement number is F3Q3AD0210AG01 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-13. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 811121, and the small business size standard is $7 Million. This requirement consists of procurement of the following items:

Sandblast, prime, paint, re-stencil (7) bowsers.  See Statement of Work.

Pricing for these items shall include any costs associated with delivery. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this solicitation. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Paragraph (a) of FAR 52.212-2 is added to read: "best value". The contractor certifies that it can meet the delivery date by submitting a quotation. The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The contractor shall return a completed copy of this provision with its quotation. A copy of the provision may be attained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (o) is changed to read: The contractor shall provide all standard commercial warranties to the government. The clause at 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition.
