The purpose of this amended synopsis solicitation is to:  

a.  Post the "brand name" justification associated with this requirement (will be posted separately).

b.  Update the Federal Acquisition Cirular reference number to read "2005-44".

c.  Update teh DFARS Change Notice reference number to read " 20100802".

d.  Delete FAR 52.232-34, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Other than Central Contractor Registration.

e.  Add FAR 52.232-34, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration.
