This is for a painting project at the City of Palm Coast Wastewater Treatment Plant #1, located at 26 Utility Drive Palm Coast FL 32137 This is for all the materials and labor needed to complete the work as per our specifications: WALLS & CEILINGS (1) The selected company will provide onsite high power pressure washing up to 5,000 psi to interior block ceiling and walls to remove loose paint and debris in preparation of new coating application. Floors are not included in this scope. (2) The selected company will pressure wash interior ceiling and walls to clean and prepare for new coating application. (3) The selected company will apply waterproofing conditioner to basement walls ceiling according to manufacturer’s specifications. (4) The selected company will apply Sherwin Williams (or approved equal) Loxon primer to walls and ceilings according to manufacturer’s specifications. (5) The selected company will apply Sherwin Williams (or approved equal) pre-catalyzed epoxy coating or urethane latex to interior walls and ceilings according to manufacturer’s specifications. PUMPS IN BASEMENT (6) The selected company will provide hand tool cleaning to corroded areas to remove rust and debris to two sets of pumps in basement area in preparation of application of new coating system. (7) The selected company will apply Sherwin Williams (or approved equal) Macropoxy 646 to paint pumps according to manufacturer’s specifications. (8) The selected company will apply 1-2 coats of Sherwin Williams Acrolon 218 in 2.0-3.0 mils DFT per coat in color to be determined according to manufacturer's specifications. (9) Protection will be done as needed. OTHER (10) Cleanup shall be done on completion. (11) Work to be done during normal hours during normal workdays (Monday – Friday; 7:00 am to 4:00 pm).
