The City of Palm Coast WWTP #1 is looking for the services of an industrial painter do some work at the plant. Scope includes cleaning building surfaces, preparing substrates, and coating previously painted stucco areas of Building 12. /// • Pressure wash with chlorine solution to remove surface contaminants. • Masonry surfaces will be primed with Sherwin Williams Loxon Concrete & Masonry Primer/Sealer. • Apply two (2) coats of Sherwin Williams Latitude satin. • Metal building doors and frames to be spot-primed and coated with Sherwin Williams DTM. //// Mandatory site visit required.
