QUESTION:

Please provide clarification as some confusion exists with our interpretations of the scope of work.
Essentially is the emblem and text,- pressure washed, primed, and 2 top coats applied?
Or, are we to layout a new emblem and text over a "newly painted roof"?
It seems we are to paint over the emblem and text.

ANSWER:

The contractor shall pressure wash, prime, and apply top coats of paint IAW manufacturere's recommendation to cover up the existing emblem and text.
