Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Hanscom Air Force Base, MA Operational Contracting Division

AFLCMC-PZIB intends to award a sole source contract to Advantor to provide five (5) pan-tilt-zoom cameras as well as removal and installation. This system upgrade of the electronic security system must be cabable to be configured with the Advantor electronic security system in place on Hanscom AFB. The video management system must be an Air Force approved system with the authority to operate the system with the unit's current configuration.

Interested parties may submit unclassified responses to this notice by email to Courtney Cartee, Contracting Officer, at [email protected] and Derrick Barnes, Contracting Specialist, at [email protected] . No other communication will be entertained. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Presolicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
