Technical Requirements:
This sources sought is for a maintenance service agreement for a Panalytical X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD). We are requesting coverage consisting of:
• Two or more repair calls / year
• One preventative maintenance call / year (done at time of repair call, or outside of repair call)
• Labor only coverage, no parts included
• 72 or less hour response time during business hours
The XRD system, housed at Kirtland AFB, NM, consists of the following parts:
• Panalytical X'Pert PRO MRD
• High Resolution Goniometer
• MRD Cradle
• Auto Beam Attenuator, 125mm Ni
• Triple Axis RC Opt PFX
• DHS1100 Domed Hot Stage
• Hybrid Monochromator 4X CU MRD
• PIXcell detector
The contractor must be a certified PANalytical technician and be able to demonstrate know-how in repairing and maintaining Panalytical XRD systems.
