This Combined Sources Sought/Solicitiation is a Brand Name Justification. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to purchase commercially available Panasonic equipment. The EPA believes that Panasonic provides the only ruggedized equipment on the market that also functions as a tablet PC. Any parties disagreeing with the determination should notify the listed point of contact. This proposed action is for supplies which the EPA intends to solicit for and negotiate competitively.
