This acquisition is being prepared in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Secure Network Systems is to provide: (1) Panther Manpack, ku-band, Idirect evolution e850 modem; (2) Panther Panpack, ku-band, idirect evolution e850 modem, single panel. Market Research has determined that the Federal Bureau of Investigation's requirement can only be provided by L3-GCS because they are the only known 8(a) reseller of this product. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
