The attached solicitation issues 2/9/10 and closes 2/25/10 3:00pm EST. This is a non set aside solicitation since the item is considered sole source per the QPL/QPD. This is a definite quantity purchase for NSN 8135-00-664-0015 Paper Volatile in accordance with Mil Spec 3420H (see attached). It should be noted that this is a QPL item and only the qualified manufacturer listed on the QPL or the QPD is acceptable. The proposed DQ will be for a 1 year period with option years not to exceed the total duration of 3 years. The awardee will receive purchase orders that total the quantity listed in the solicitation throughout the course of the year. Delivery will be 30 Days ARO to either GSA depot Burlington, NJ or French Camp, CA. All pricing submitted must be FOB Destination as stated in the solicitation.
