The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC” or “Commission”) is seeking potential sources to provide on-site paralegal support to its Kansas City, MO office, located at 2600 Grand Avenue, Suite 210, Kansas City, MO 64108.  The paralegal support includes duties involving the processing of legal work such as preparation of legal correspondence using independent judgment in content and style; and performance of a variety of legal, technical and administrative functions (i.e., data gathering, research and analysis) to support organizational activities.  The service is anticipated to begin within fiscal year 2022.  This is a sources sought notice only and is not a request for quotations.  The CFTC does not expect to announce or publish a solicitation on Sam.gov for this requirement.  Potential sources are requested to provide the name and address of their firm, point of contact with telephone number and email address, and a brief description of their capabilities to provide this service.  Please also include contract information if your company is on a Government-wide Acquisition Contract, such as NASA SEWP or GSA schedule.  Also, please identify if your company is a certified 8(a) firm with the Small Business Administration.  If so, please include the 8(a) program graduation date in your response.  Reponses should be sent by email to the Contracting Officer at [email protected].
