CITY OF TIGARDPARKING AMBASSADOR/ ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Proposals Due 10:00 am, May 15, 2024 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALThe City of Tigard is requesting proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in providing parking enforcement services in a Downtown similar to Tigard. Proposals will be received until 10:00 AM, PST, Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at [email protected]. No proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the RFP packet. Proposals will be considered time-stamped and received by the City when they are received in the email inbox listed above. Late proposals may not be considered, it is the City's sole discretion to accept or reject a late proposal. RFP packets may be downloaded from: www.tigard-or.gov/bids Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
