This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requirement:

The FBI is seeking parking spaces in Newark, NJ. Please reference the attached document titled "NEWARK PARKING SOLICITATION" for any and all information pertaining to this solicitation. All specifications and requirements must be adhered to as specified in the document or offers will be considered non-responsive.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 812930 and for the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $35,500,000 in annual revenue.
