The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and its NYC Field Office (NYCFO), located at 330 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10001, are seeking to procure a Contractor to provide monthly Parking Garage/Valet Services on behalf of the NYCFO for five (5) passenger vehicles. The Contractor must be able to meet all specifications listed in Appendix D of the contract without exception. A key contract specification is location. For reasonable convenience to the NYCFO, the parking facility offered for these contracted services must be located within the area defined as follows: Bounded on the North by East or West 35th Street; Bounded on the South by East or West 30th Street; Bounded on the East by Park Avenue South; Bounded on the West by 7th Avenue.
