The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Parking Lot and Drainage Improvements at the National Guard Armory located at 8020 South Airport Way, Stockton, California. Work to include: provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide pavement and drainage repairs to the existing Motor Vehicle Storage Compound (MVSC) parking area. This shall include but is not limited to installation of a new concrete valley drain approximately 456 square feet, regrading of approximately 210 linear feet/2,100 square feet of existing open drainage swale area along southern edge of Stimson Roadway, placement of approximately 250 square feet of rip-rap rock base at existing concrete headwall areas, jetting and clearing existing under roadway culverts at access driveway approaches, modifications of existing drainage manhole inlet per plans located at Stimson Roadway and application new stripping for parking within MVSC area. Contractor shall be responsible for implementing a SWPPP to comply with MS4 State requirements and for coordination with San Joaquin County authority for work access onto the Stimson roadway. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on September 1, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at the National Guard Armory located at 8020 South Airport Way, Stockton, California. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by calling the Contracting Officer¿s Representative (COR), Mr. Fred Delucchi, at

[email protected]. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a ¿A¿ General Engineering Contractor's license. The Government Estimate for this project is $300,000.00.
