Ivy Tech Community College Valparaiso campus is in need of parking lot repairs work. Valparaiso campus has three (3) parking lots (Maintenance Lot, North Lot and the South Lot), all of which have cracks that need to be filled, there are several locations showing sink holes that need to be dug up, rebuilt. Parking lots, in general, need to be sealed and restriped after repairs. Pre-bid walkthrough is NOT scheduled; Interested parties may reach out to GMB Architecture to schedule by appointment. Anticipated start of construction: Fall 2022 preferred or Spring 2023
